Refund policy
We are unable to accept returns of or provide refunds for perishable goods unless they are damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us at hello@packd.co.uk.
Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
